There was a massive rain deluge so we took a drive break and enjoyed a coffee and lunch. Order was exact. Door got jammed so got a tad wet getting inside via other door. Staff kept area clean and were actually seen cleaning, the toilets were clean unlike several establishments of the same chain. Have been totally appalled by some in the past. Obviously a new crew of staff still learning but keep up the good work peeps 😎

Nice and clean. Kids playroom is cool very busy tho. And for some reason the napkin holders are really high up on the walls guess so kids can't get them so if u short good luck

Food was great but service was poor. We used the drive thru and we were asked to wait for coffee and toasty. When they came there was no condiments and only one serviette for us to share. We asked for salt and serviettes. The serviettes came but still no salt. We had to park and get our own salt. So what was the point of drive thru when you still have to park and go inside to complete your order?

Waited in line to pay after placing order via touchscreens provided; workers walking past and just staring or ignoring us when trying to ask a question. .constantly walking in front. Need better service layout. Ridiculous.

I been here for couple of times, first with my friend, second time with my friend and his kids. Very warmly serving, very clean and neat environment, enough big space, very good drive thru, huge amount of parking space everything looks very good to me. At my first visit, the manager (I guess is Russell) said to me that within four weeks Internet will be available, after four weeks I been here another time, no internet working. They gave some personal 4G working for themselves but not for the visitors use. I would prefer delay in delivering foods and service but internet is my first priority. Hope they can sort it quickly as possible. Other than this, everything beautiful.
