Tonight I went with my wife to have dinner at stinking bishops, and the quality of the cheese was exceptional!! We have asked to one of the waiter some suggestions and he was really helpful and kind. On top of that, we were promised the table at 18.15 and right on time our table was ready (great start). The thing that left us a bit upset was the way in which one person of the stuff treated us for the following reasons: - we sat down at the assigned seats by the bar and my wife made a mistake; she moved by one sit as she there was a big vase of flowers in front of her (that obstructed the view of the cheese selection ) without asking the staff. However, the impoliteness used by this person when asking my wife to shift back to her seat was extremely unpleasant. - This person brought us the bill IMMEDIATELY after we finished our cheese without asking if we wanted to order something else (the restaurant was not busy) and without being asked for the bill. After a good laugh on this, as we felt kicked out, we pointed out that we weren’t asked if we wanted to order something else and that we didn’t ask for the bill; this person histerically denied. We really felt embarrassed for this person: small things like these can ruin a nice experience in a restaurant. A bit of training on how to handle these situations with customers would make the experience much more enjoyable. Looking forward to go back to stinking bishops!

Absolutely loved it ! The service is friendly and personable. The staff are knowledgeable. The food is outstanding. So nice to be able to get such a good selection of European cheeses but there’s lots of other things to eat too. Highly recommend trying this place !

One of the few places we go back to. Apart from great cheese selection they also have some other interesting items in the menu that are worth a try. There can be a wait for a table since the place is tiny, but itdefinitely is worth it. Don't expect to go and just drink wine there, I don't know why would you even want to, with the cheeses available it would be a waste of a seat not having some. The staff is lovely and the atmosphere is great.

Delicious cheese, cold meats (that fennel salami is excellent) and wine, with good music that you won't struggle to hear conversation over. A bit disappointing that I made a phone booking and wasn't told we'd be sat at the bar instead of a regular table until we walked into the restaurant. Also would've been nice if we were told why we had to wait 15 mins for our cheese to arrive after the cold meat platter. Not a bad experience at all, but some room for improvement!
