They charge 15c for a carry bag, which I wasn’t told about when one was offered to me by the teller. I don’t mind paying for a bag - it’s the act of quietly adding the cost to my bill without my knowledge that I find offensive. Particularly when, in response to my objection, the teller commented “It’s only 15 cents” in a critical tone. If it’s such a little amount of money that it shouldn’t matter to customers, then don’t have a charge for the bags in the first place!

Just served 3 customers after taking my order. No customer service if you've paid already.

So apparently 24hrs but I went to the night serve window, and instead of the cashier kindly greeting me, he just shook his head and put his arms up in a cross, to say no entry, I just wanted 2 cans of drink which he could have and should have done in 5 minutes, and didn't even explain why a 24hr service station wasn't serving customers, thanks BP I'll be sure to let all my friends know you guys are incompetent and lazy :)

No tap and pay for AMEX. Tap and pay only works for VISA and Mastercard. You need to swipe your Velocity card to redeem points and insert your AMEX with PIN. Needs to support Apple Pay or contactless via AMEX on their Quest terminal.

Usually no wait and a pretty good selection of general things also has a RediATM which is good. Nothing to complain about really.
