What a beautiful experience! We came in for the tasting menu and had a great night! The service was top notch and I cannot say enough good things about the food. We are still talking about the Chocolate Stone dessert months later. The space they have is also beautiful. Try to get a window seat so you can enjoy the beautiful garden they have. We came in early evening and got to watch as the lights came on in the garden gradually after dark. A truly spectacular experience and I highly recommend it!

It's meant to be the premier fine dining restaurant of Sydney and with good reason. Up there with the best meal I've ever had out. Japanese/ French cuisine with a twist. My wife took me there for my birthday and we were a little nervous because we had our 10 year old daughter with us but the staff treated her so nicely it make our experience that much better. Very pricey but worth trying at least once in your life.

My terrible photo quality does not do the food justice. It was a perfect dining experience; I’ve never had wine pairings that matched the courses as beautifully as theirs did! And I’m not a big drinker of wine but I really enjoyed it all. I guess typical downside is the portions weren’t big enough haha but that’s only because every one was so delicious it really left us wanting more! The service was helpful and very genteel. They were open to having conversations and telling us about themselves. If I could afford it I’d eat here every week.

This is fine dining at its best! Each dish is wonderful and will leave you wanting more! But at the same time you'll be satisfied and good for a few more hours before requiring more food. The service is impeccable and you are well looked after. Maybe it's the hungry person inside of me but I felt that some of the breaks were a bit too long inbetween dishes. Also, the artwork is the bathrooms is something different to behold.

Interior is pretty simple but the food makes up for it. It's a degustation menu I'm told tweaked almost daily. There are certain items that stay on for a period of time but others may be changed daily. The presentation is impeccable, service is efficient but sometimes hard to understand. You can choose their wine pairing or yours. If you choose theirs you will drink a lot of wine by the end of the dinner so be prepared.
