We had a lovely meal here. Even though there were a few errors in our order being given to the table next to us, komal was a joy to watch in how she handled the situation. The taste of the food was yum too!

Out of all of the restaurants in Harris Park, Billus is one of the better ones around. Sometimes they can be a little slow but they are consistent, and that’s what I find a lack of in Harris Park. On my last visit (Saturday 7.30) it was the busiest I have ever seen and it took around 15 minutes to get seated. They also do catering which we have had on a number of occasions which is always very good. Edit- they can often be too slow. Waiting more than half an hour when it isn’t that busy isn’t acceptable.

I was very disappointed with the experience at this restaurant. We were there for a 40th Birthday with 22 people. The next table had up to 20 young men who were very rowdy and loud. In the small area it was overwhelming to the point of not being able to hear one another, very disrespectful . Broken glasses & a plate. Their staff did not control them, instead closing the door to the room at times, to keep the noise in (not to disturb the rest of the restaurant). On top of that our food came out very slow over about a half hour period, our food coming last, at best luke warm. It was a very poor experience to what should have been a happy occasion. Management claimed they had everything under control. Not a chance..... We won’t be back

Overall been to Billu's over many years. Happy to say the food and staff suprisingly are still good but I think it's time to freshen up the place with a refurbishment. Place is old, menus are old, even now I feel old 😂🤔

Our friends had catered from Billu's for a birthday party. They were supposed to be there at 6.30 pm. They finally arrived with the food after 8.30 pm... A whole 2 hours late. All along they didn't have the decency to even inform the hosts that they will be late. In fact when the hosts n family called them they kept lying about where they were with the order so no one had a clue how long they actually would be. The kids & people who had arrived from far were left hungry for a very long time. I would give them negative rating if there was an option. No consideration at all for the hosts /guests. Please DO NOT order from here.
