Pyramid scheme that have brainwashed young people. No one that works here has been there longer than 6 months and if they have they are the dumb gullible ones. Essentially the job is to sell raffle tickets to other people at work in shops, cafes, restaurants and other businesses. They don't actually tell you this until you are on your trial day "shadowing" a leader who has done your job for a couple weeks and is now trying to convince as many people as possible to do this job so they can move up in the company and get a percent of your "sales." The owner Ronon O'Connor has multiple different businesses under the same name and doesn’t care about the people that work for him. Claims he earns $500,000 a year but pays people that works for him less than $8 an hour. Absolute scam avoid at all costs

Friendly and very motivating company. Very supportive in helping me achieve sales targets and making extra commission.

Been working here for a year now, and like many I had no idea what sales was but I have learnt heaps and received the BEST training that I could've asked for! Such a fun and great team to work with!!

Today my partner was approached at work by a sales constant of O'Connor Marketing Consultants who represented and was selling tickets for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance. He agreed to purchase a $10 ticket but the female sales constant charged his credit card $30s, and handed him a $30 ticket receipt.. Leaving quickly before he realised what they had done. These are completely deplorable sales tactics being used by the contracting sales company. The ticket also states that the charity will only recieve 31% of the profits meaning the marketing company recieves a cool 69%.

Don't waste your time. The fake five star reviews are easy to spot. Just read the negative reviews on glassdoor to see their recruitment tactics. Vague 'sales assistant' job descriptions. It will take you two interviews find out on the third that it's a door to door sales role that is almost completely commission based.
