Completed my rental application form for a property in Wodonga, but unfortunately discovered a "Pets Application Form". This wasn't advised by the property manager even though I explicitly stated I had 2 dogs. The Pets Application Form required all pets to be outside (which is terrible for animal welfare and is a common cause of barking), and required me to disclose pets including but is not limited to additional dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles or any other animals as stated on the form. To put in an application form for fish seems a bit abnoxious and weird. I highly doubt that fish will detrimentally cause damage to the property. Do I need one for each fish? What if they have fry? Nevertheless if you have pets, avoid the agency. But if you don't, the staff are pretty nice and professional.

We have been in the process of selling my nan's house and downsizing her to a unit. Elders Real Estate Wodonga made the process so easy and simple and had her house sold within a couple of weeks for a good price. If your looking for dedicated agents with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude Elders is the place to go. Highly Recommend to everyone whether it be sales or property management you are after!

Recently I decided on a tree-change, and with that a decision to re-locate to the north-west region of Victoria - an area that came highly recommended by friends in Wangaratta. On their recommendation, I checked out both Wodonga and Albury (both excellent cities that met my goals), but settled on Wodonga. I looked at a few properties and met with Sue Kibble of Elders Real Estate Wodonga. She was fantastic. I visited the agent’s online profile including the properties she managed, and instantly found the right one. My application was processed quickly and professionally. And in one week, I was moved in without fuss or drama. And the property was exactly as described. Thank you Sue and the Elders RE property management team. Highly recommended whether you’re renting or buying.
