Can not thank this service enough. We were visiting the area from interstate and my 6 year old son had an accident and required urgent medical help. The staff at this centre were excellent. Their care and treatment was first class. Thank you.

If I could give it less than one star I would! Worst medical practice I have ever been to. Needed to get a simple medical done, booked appointment in person with form and told yes no problem. Turn up for double appointment two days later, see the doctor for 2 minutes and told she can’t do it. They convinced me to book another appointment a week later with a doctor who could do it. BANG get a text the morning of the appointment, doctor isn’t in today call back for a reschedule. I don’t think so! One of the requirements was for an eye chart test which they said they were not able to do and I needed to go to an optometrist. I asked why and the reply was unheard of, “We don’t have any eye charts, they go missing!” To be honest I have never been in a doctors who doesn’t have one in the room. I’ll never go back and I don’t know how they survive. Maybe through booking double appointments bulk billing and see the patient for 2 minutes. DISGRACE!!!!!!!

Have for first time visited the GP section at the Wallan complex. From initial reception ,through medical reception,as treated with friendliness, courtesy and professionalism. Dr Robina was a delight.....professionally thorough, friendly and approachable. The Austin Pathology service I was referred to on the ground floor was of the same quality. Best"stick" ever. Congratulations.....Mitchellshire has a first rate, comprehensive, medical service.
