Been there on two seperate occasion and both times my products have been delayed, not ordered, sent away like a whole week late. Never get the same story from two different employees. Utterly frustrating experience everytime. It might just be easier to spend your whole life blind instead of visiting this store

I was first to order my glasses yet my friends received their glasses weeks before I did. They simply forgot to order my glasses and lied to me

Spent around 600$ and they didn't even bother to give me a bag.To my stupidity i asked if i can get a wipe cloth and small spry they said nope!!!!! I never write reviews for business as i know they create jobs but first time i felt bad for going to this shop.

Walked into this shop today with a broken arm on my glasses (I trod on them!) Walked out 20 minutes later with a new arm and no charge. What great service from these people. Friendly and courteous.
