After stumbling across the Gonstead method youtube videos online, I sought the help of local Gonstead practitioner, Dale Hawkes. I was basically on the floor for 2 days in unbearable pain, unable to sit or stand for long, and the 1st adjustments relieved so much pressure and pain instantly. They continued to improve over the next 4 treatments, and now, I am back to normal. I can't believe how good my back feels! So much, I am referring my husband who had severe problems after seeing a regular chiropractor years ago. Gonstead is COMPLETELY different. I am so happy I booked with Ballarat Spinal Health.

I have been to a large number of Chiropractors over the last decade after having a failed back operation. None have helped me like Dale. He has succeeded where others were not able to help. I have relief now where othesr said I would just have to live with the pain. To have relief from pain - wonderful.
