There is no doubt that report came very quickly after the inspection, but Rob is very very rude and may be frustrated person. According to the commitment he did not call after the inspection. However, when I called to know few things as there were unclear to me he got upset and treated acting like it was something he is doing out of the way and not his job to let his clients know, if they need to know anything. The fee they charge is quite reasonable but i would rather go for some one who is expensive but more friendly and focused on customer service rather than Rob who charges less but is very very rude. Will not recommend him and his company. Don't have any issues about the work but its his attitude.

Rob certainly knows Traralgon and buildings. Detailed report shows everything about my house. Very happy with the service.

Rob Musgrove is a wealth of knowledge on the area - we have had several inspections completed by GBIS and have been happy with the amount of detail that is included in the report. A must before buying any property!
